AT TIMES WE ARE EATING DINNER OR BUSY WITH OUR FAMILIES & CANNOT ANSWER. PLEASE BE PATIENT.  IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE WE WILL CALL YOU BACK PROMPTLY.  WE DO HAVE CALLER * ID......ALL CALLS ARE RETURNED, BUT THOSE WHO LEAVE MESSAGES ARE RETURNED FIRST.

OUR FAMILIES, DOGS & PUPPIES COME BEFORE PHONE CALLS & SALES.  LIKE MOST OTHER FAMILIES, WE HAVE HOLIDAYS OFF IN HOPES OF PEACE, QUIET & SPECIAL TIMES WITH THE ONES WE LOVE.

WORST TIMES TO CALL....Fridays between 5pm and 8pm (its confirmation time for delivery customers) and also on Mondays from 12 pm to and thru 7 pm (Dee's shopping hours). Your welcome to call during these times.....but, theres no guarantee that you will get her or get thru.

Our telephone hours are from 10am-8pm only 7 days a week, please be respectful and call during phone hours. Everyday we get phone calls at 6, 7 am and at 11pm and at midnight too !

When leaving  a message if we don't answer and are busy or not home.....Please leave one message with your return phone numbers. Please repeat your telephone number twice and be sure to leave your entire phone number. Speaking slowly and clearly is helpful. We don't need long messages it interferes with other folks being able to leave a message.

Return phone calls take between 5 minutes and 24 hours.

If you are calling about a particular puppy, leave the puppy's name. If one or more person's are calling about the same puppy, we do call back in order of when your message was left to be fair.

If you leave a message about upcoming puppies.. Your call will not be returned.

Most importantly, we will not return a phone call to anyone that telephone stalks us ( hangs up and calls back over and over again and or hangs up and calls back from other phone numbers). We do have caller id and we do return all phone calls. When we are phone stalked by certain individuals, it definately interferes with other folks messages and phone calls. We do not appreciate it and will ignore you if you create problems for other callers that are following the rules and being patient and polite.

If you left a message and did not get a return phone call within 24 hours, please call back....

your message could have been interrupted by a phone stalker~

or you could have spoke your phone number too quickly and only offered it once ( a common occurrence) and we could not understand you~

or we may have returned your call and you did not answer in which case we would have left a message~
