If you order a puppy and sign up for delivery and cancel once your puppy's on the road, Its a $150 cancellation fee. We report to credit agencies. We will also call the police and file charges for harassing us and possibly call the Spca on you for abandoning your puppy with the delivery drivers (separate from us) and forcing them to be responsible for returning the puppy that you ordered to be delivered to your home. How would you feel if you drove 10 hours to our homes and when you got there, we tell you...oh we are canceling ? Delivery drivers leave out Saturday morning around 3-4 am. We post these people that do this and their information on our website

Please understand that in the winter we deal with weather/road conditions and in the other months of the year we deal with heavy traffic from Jet games, Eagles, Red sox, Patriot games, Celtic games, etc... Festivals In New York City areas, Bike week, Boston Marathon, other Walks etc....You get the point,  we can run late at times. We deliver live puppies , not toasters !!  :) So, you must be willing to get your puppy when the driver gets there. Of course we put puppy's welfare in front of an accurate delivery time. One would think Winter time is the time when we run behind. Nope.... its summertime, the roads are very busy and lots of construction going on here and there. Please be patient and we do appreciate your patience.

If..... you sign up for delivery, we hold your pup remove it's picture and tell everyone else that calls about that puppy that it is gone.  So, if  you cancel at the last minute (which would be the night before the puppy leaves) you will never be able to buy a puppy from us or any breeder here in the future.

Deliveries are made personally by us. For the east coast we have 2 different ladies that will deliver your puppy & all it's paperwork right to your door. These ladies are *not outside hired-help. They are breeders here at this network. Delivery drivers travel in female pairs. The lady that sits in the passenger seat (Tina) is a vet tech, she is the one that cares for your puppy during it's trip. The driver (Toni) has 6 years experience with transporting Toy breed puppies and has owned Toy breeds all her life. Puppies are *inside* of their vehicle. Delivery driver....drives a Suv. (Hybrid of course, air conditioned & heated).

Delivery drivers accept tips. They also always appreciate, cold.... bottles of water,  oranges, lunchables, bananas, fritos, licorice, life savers gummi or hard,  Pepsi, Sprite, Dr.Pepper, hand sanitizer wipes. "no one drinks diet."

Delivery drivers do not have change or make change...

Picking up your Puppy.......Picking up your puppy is easy to do. Call us and tell us what puppies you are interested in and we will give you that breeders address & or directions if needed & also the days they are available.

Whats the difference between shipping & us delivering ??

When you have a puppy shipped from its breeders home to your home, it is by plane. The place your puppy goes in a plane while flying is below, where everyones baggage goes. Its not exactly where the baggage is. But another compartment that is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. Thats probably the only nice thing they have to offer...air tempature. We have listed the negatives of flying/shipping your puppy.

1. If your puppy vomits, no one will notice. Who treats the puppy after vomiting ? What if your puppy only weighs 1-4 pounds. Dehydration comes to mind.                         

2. What if your puppy choses not to eat or drink during its flight time. While some flight time is 4 hours....some are 8 or more. Who checks to see if the puppy has consumed any food or drink ? If the puppy doesn't eat or drink during its flight trip, who helps the puppy eat and drink ? Ever heard of hypoglausemia ?

3. No one handles the puppy during its flight. No one picks that nervous scarred little puppy up and says hello or soothes it. 

4. Besides the long flight, don't forget that your puppy has to sit at the airport in some room alone for an hour before its flight and 2 hours after the flight before the airline will give you your puppy. 

5. No toys or any other objects are allowed in the crate with the puppy. A pup's familiar toy riding along with it would ease some of its worries. But the airlines only allows you put a blanket in the crate, nothing else.               

6. What about the other puppies on the flight. Everyone knows Missouri/Ohio is known states with alot of the oldest and largest puppy mills. What if your puppy is traveling on the same flight where there is 20 other puppies with Kennel Cough, Parvo and or some other contagious disease that is AIR BOURNE !! Kennel cough is common among breeders, it's some what common and normal.... but the types of Kennel cough that are in actual large breeding kennels are the worst types to try to cure.             

7. Its better if your puppy is traveling with another puppy in its crate...but not everyone buys 2 puppies at one time and has them shipped together.  

8. Shipping is expensive....$275-$350

9. The compartment your puppy is held in is very very loud, too loud for puppies. Its also very loud where your puppy is held before and after its flight. Its also very loud coming to and from the plane. Lots of voices and sounds and smells....over stimulation !!!!

9. All of the above is why we do not ship !!!

Just rest assured that when your puppy is delivered by the delivery drivers we use, they know if your puppy has ate, drank & how much. If a puppy didn't eat or drink, The delivery drivers will eat and drink for it.. Your puppy is handled & talked to while riding in their vehicle. Your puppy is never alone in it's crate (unless its the last one being delivered, in that case it is moved up front to the passenger seat to sit with one of the delivery drivers ) Your puppy is given high calorie supplement (its added to it's drinking water). Your puppy travels with Nutracal, L-carn, Activia yogurt, soft can puppy food (for picky don't want to eat eaters) their dry puppy food, Cottage Cheese & Pedialite. Your puppy also travels with its toys from its playpen and is offered cookies, cheewies and treats while traveling. If your puppy vomits, its treated right away. If your puppy poops, its picked up as soon as possible. Puppies travel in plastic crates with wood chips in the crates. Best part...our delivery fees are so reasonable.  Please keep in mind that when your puppy left it was clean and smelled good, you seen your pup was clean in it's picture. But after traveling in a crate with its litter mates and peeing and pooping (even though it is kept as tidy as possible along the way) sometimes a puppy may have a lil odor, like puppy poop or pee or woodchips. If this could upset you, please do not buy a puppy from here. Its just impossible to keep them perfectly clean while on the road in a crate, and in a vehicle. If any puppy does not eat properly or gets sick during transportation, we will call and cancel then the puppy will be returned. This happens about once a month. We will *not deliver a sick or upset puppy to anyone. We will not deliver a puppy that did not eat on "its own" during its trip.
