                      Deliveries are on Saturdays and Sundays 5am - 11:30pm

       The deadline for weekend deliveries is fridays at 7pm. There are areas in each state that we do not deliver to. You are welcome to meet us inside of our delivery areas.

Deliveries are made by vehicle. Delivery drivers travel in pairs. Puppies are *inside* of their vehicle a mini van. (Hybrid of course, air conditioned & heated).

Regulations and Requirements　

1. If you order a puppy and sign up for delivery and cancel once your puppy's on the road enroute  to your home, Its a $250 cancellation fee. We absolutely report to credit agencies. Bascically you are abandoning your puppy with FiFi & FiDo Express and forcing us to be responsible for caring for and returning the puppy to our Business office where the breeder then has to come back out and pick their puppy up. Some breeders are as much as 6 hours away from us. If you cancel after signing up for a puppy and the puppy has NOT left for your home, is not enroute yet  but has been longer than 24 hours since sign-up there is a $120 cancellation fee.

2. Breeder is responsible for shipping fees. Buyer is responsible for tipping fee. Tipping Fee $60

3. All puppies travel with health record and certificate. All puppies must be atleast 60 days old for our company to delivery them. Puppies are not transported without up to date shots and wormers.

4. Deliveries are made on Saturday & Sundays as early as 5am -and as late as 1am.  Please do not use our shipping company if these late times will bother you.

5. We decide delivery days and times...not the customer. Delivery times are given on Fridays Between 8pm and 10pm.  An operator will call the number you left with our company and will give you your Delivery time and an exact day.

8. Delivery drivers do not have change or make change.

9. Have all your funds ready and be ready..... if we have to wait on you for anything, Its $10 extra per 15 minutes that we wait.

10. Please keep in mind that when your puppy left it was clean and smelled good, you seen your pup was clean in it's picture. But after traveling in a crate with its litter mates and vomiting (which is natural when a puppy first goes into a vehicle, it usually is over within first 6 hours), peeing, pooping and slobbering all over each other (even though the pups and their area is kept as tidy as possible along the way) a puppy will have a lil odor, like puppy poop, vomit, wet food, pee or woodchips. When puppies ride in a vehicle for the first few times, they usually vomit, not all breeds do but some do more than others. They also step, lay, and play in their water and food bowls getting it all over their coat. If this could upset you, please do not use our shipping company. Its just impossible to keep them perfectly clean while on the road in a crate, and in a vehicle. Bathing your new puppy after shipping is something you will have to do as a new puppy owner. You definatley should pamper your puppy after it arrives... feeding with syringe, baby food, sugar, yorgurt, nutracal is all important upon arrival for tiny breeds.

11. Using Nutracal for puppies after transportation is important. Refreshing (food and water) your puppy after transportation is important too.

Whats the difference between Airline shipping & us hand delivering ?

When you have a puppy shipped from its breeders home to your home, it is by plane. The place your puppy goes in a plane while flying is below, where everyones baggage goes. Its not exactly where the baggage is. But another compartment that is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer. Thats probably the only nice thing they have to offer...air tempature. We have listed the negatives of flying/shipping your puppy.

1. If your puppy vomits (and most puppies do the first 3-4 vehichle rides they go on), no one will notice. Who treats the puppy after vomiting ? What if your puppy only weighs 1-2 pounds ? Dehydration comes to mind. Loss of fluids after vomiting for a 1-2 pound puppy is serious and needs to be treated right away.

2. What if your puppy choses not to eat or drink during its flight time. While some flight time is 4 hours....some are 8 or more. Who checks to see if the puppy has consumed any food or drink ? If the puppy doesn't eat or drink during its flight trip, who helps the puppy eat and drink ? Ever heard of hypoglycemia ?

3. No one handles the puppy during its flight. No one picks that nervous scarred little puppy up and says hello or soothes it. We handle, we soothe with voice and sometimes we yell at them for being obnoxiously loud and rotten !!! To say the least our trips are fun and humorous and smelly !!

4. Besides the long flight, don't forget that your puppy has to sit at the airport in some room alone for two hours before its flight and 2 hours after the flight before the airline will give you your puppy. Adding more alone time for the puppy. An airport is a busy loud place. Scarry to a puppy.

5. No toys or any other objects are allowed in the crate with the puppy. The airlines only allow you put a blanket in the crate, nothing else. We put new toys in the puppy's crate.

6. The compartment your puppy is held in is very very loud, too loud for puppies. Its also very loud where your puppy is held before and after its flight. Its also very loud coming into and from the plane. Lots of voices and sounds and smells....over stimulation !

Just rest assured that when your puppy is delivered by us, they know if your puppy has ate, drank & how much. If a puppy didn't eat or drink, The delivery drivers will eat and drink for it. Your puppy is handled & talked to while riding in our vehicle. Your puppy is given high calorie supplement (its added to it's drinking water). Your puppy travels with Nutracal, L-carn, Baby food, soft can puppy food (for picky don't want to eat eaters) their dry puppy food, Cottage Cheese & Pedialyte. Your puppy also travels with its toys and is offered cookies, cheewies and treats while traveling. If your puppy vomits, its treated right away. If your puppy poops, its picked up as soon as possible. Puppies travel in plastic crates with wood chips in the crates.
