~ Guidelines for purchase

A must read !!

1. Lifetime homes only. The home you are giving to a puppy... Be an in-door home. You must be at least 19 years of age to purchase a puppy. 

2. * Pet home only*.... It means, no breeding. We can only hope that everyone spays and neuters their new puppy at six months of age.

3. You must read pages 2, 3 and 4 and the Hypoglycemia page.

4. That you please* Not have your children email breeders for information. Unless you have a language barrier. Please do not have your Personal assistant, Nanni, Housekeeper, and or Secretary email breeeders and get information or try to sign up for a puppy. A breeder wants to speak with whomever is owning of the puppy.

5. That you understand that after you purchasing your puppy that the $ expense $ does not stop there. You still have vet visits, food, toys, bedding, etc....Dogs cost money!! That you really thought this thoroughly through. This is a big commitment. A lifetime commitment and alot of responsibility. Its hard work training a new puppy. That you are ready, able and willing to provide love, care, time & discipline for your new puppy.

6. That you understand..... The breeder chooses where their puppies go. Puppies are not products, They are living little creatures and anything can go wrong. Of course Breeders are looking for customers that have real knowledge, real facts and information about what they are buying. Every breeder wants to know that the puppy is getting a good home and the work they did for you to own the puppy is appreciated and the puppys life is valued.

7. That when you call or email.... you are polite. No one wants to deal with impatient, pushy, or rude callers or rude emailers. We will avoid you at all cost if you cannot act right. Its more important that a breeder gets polite kind warm puppy buyers than to get monies and who bought the puppy doesnt matter. It matters.... after all a dog breeder is giving you their precious puppy with a beating heart its not a object like a toaster. They want to know that you are a loving kind person. So how you treat them reflects upon whether or not they want to sell you their puppy. Dog breeders and shippers reserve the right to refuse sales and service to anyone.

8. That.... you understand....there is a huge difference between toy breeds & large breeds. You must be knowledgeable....when it comes to, how to care for a toy breed puppy when it moves from the breeders home to your home. A toy breed is very sensitive to environment change. We are here to help if need be, we know dogs ! Page two called... "health food and care" on the website (towards the bottom of the page) is so important, be sure to read it well. 9. No surprise deliveries. Breeders do not allow puppies to enter your home without all residents knowing, especially children. No surprises. Yelling, excited children who did not know a puppy was coming is fun for the kids. Not the puppy!!! 

10. Breeders give you a list of common occurences that some buyers will experience when buying a new toy breed. Breeders don't refund for any of these little things....Parasites, earmites, ear yeast, fleas, walking dandruff, stress -coccidia, transportation-giardia, and kennel cough.

11. The deadline for weekend deliveries is Fridays at 4pm
